To Schedule Depot Service
Before shipping your bar code printers for repair,
- Call Winco ID Service at 1-800-325-5260 X 246 or use our online form to schedule repair services.
- Winco ID will provide an RMA number for you to track your shipment along with shipping instructions.
- Once received, our Service Representative will call you to confirm receipt and repair costs.
- Return shipment will be done FOB Nashua, NH using Ground Service unless otherwise requested by customer.
NOTE: Full evaluation of your equipment at a set fee to determine necessary repairs. Evaluation fee is waived for repairs authorized by the customer. Average in-house repair is two days plus shipping. One hour minimum charge. Necessary parts are charged at manufacturer's suggested list price. Customer is responsible for freight both ways. We ship using the original shipping carton provided by our customer. Customer assumes responsibility for durability of carton. |
