Winco ID offers preprinted, tested and certified, 100% compliant labels for meeting the labeling requirements of the Department of Defense MIL-STD-130 including UID and MIL-STD-129 including RFID.

Preprinted labels are available in a wide variety of sizes, materials, adhesives, shapes, colors, or customized to meet your requirements. Labels are shipped directly to you in as little as 24-hour turnaround.

RFID Labels

If you supply goods to the DoD or other government suppliers, you will need NSN or MSL labels to mark and ship your product. Some contracts contain the DFARS clause to include RFID data encoded in the label.

Winco ID can help you comply with MIL-STD-129 for pallet and case identification labels.

• Preprinted or blank 4"X2" or 4"x6" RFID Labels.
• Pre-encoded RFID SmartLabels in UHF (915Mhz) or other frequencies.
• Each label is scanned, 100% readable and verified.
• A Certificate of Compliance for each lot included.

Some DoD contracts contain the DFARS clause requiring RFID labeling on cartons and pallets and the relevant information is to be sent ahead of your shipment.

Simplify data entry and ensure accuracy of information transmitted via WAWF with duplicate Traveler labels. The bottom portion of the label is encoded with the necessary information. The top is perforated, bar coded with the same information and attached to the Traveler Form. This allows the data to be sent via WAWF without having to be at the shipment container.

Durable labels are required by the DoD on serially managed, mission critical supplies over $5,000. In addition, if your contract contains the DFARS clause specifying Unique Identification (UID), you must comply and be able to prove 100% compliance and readability.

Winco ID manufactures durable labels using materials that withstand even the harshest environments, while meeting or exceeding standard requirements. Our printing service is available to match your contract specification for Construct 1 or Construct 2. A Certificate of Compliance is provided with eact lot.

Dataplates

Our printing services includes plastic, aluminum, custom steel, stainless steel, dataplates.

Dataplate applications include machine/equipment identification, nameplates for harsh environments, military specification, accident prevention, safety, material handling, caution/warning/hazardous material.

Winco ID's service includes the MIL-STD-130 requiring verification of the data according to your specific contracts.
