• What brand printer will you be using to print your labels: Datamax, Zebra, Intermec, Sato? This determines maximum roll capacity, wind direction and ribbon selection.
• Will labels be exposed to any harsh environments (heat, moisture, chemicals, or outdoor elements)?
• Do you know what material you will need for your labels?
• Do you need Standard/Permanent (most applications), Aggressive or Removable Adhesive?
