| **All equipment must be evaluated and accepted before a Service Plan can be put into effect. Evaluations are performed at no charge within thirty (30) days of a new agreement. However, all repairs and labor needed, if any, to bring equipment to factory standard will be charged at prevailing rates. | ||

To Schedule Depot Service Before shipping your bar code printers for repair,
NOTE: Full evaluation of your equipment at a set fee to determine necessary repairs. Evaluation fee is waived for repairs authorized by the customer. Average in-house repair is two days plus shipping. One hour minimum charge. Necessary parts are charged at manufacturer’s suggested list price. Customer is responsible for freight both ways. We ship using the original shipping carton provided by our customer. Customer assumes responsibility for durability of carton. |
